Jetstream Golf ships orders through third-party shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipping Locations
Jetstream Golf currently ships to addresses within the United States. We may expand shipping to additional locations in the future. Orders placed outside our shipping areas may be canceled and refunded.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Jetstream Golf is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided. Customers should ensure that their shipping address is accurate and secure. If a package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jetstream Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is discovered before shipment, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: Your order number, Photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of Jetstream Golf’s control, including: Weather conditions, Carrier delays, Customs processing, Natural disasters, Other unforeseen events. Jetstream Golf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
10. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
From time to time, Jetstream Golf may offer products available for pre-order. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page. Pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available.
11. Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, Jetstream Golf may ship items separately depending on inventory availability. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
