1. Sponsor
The Jetstream Golf Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by MySecretary LLC..
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Each Sweepstakes promotion begins on the date announced by Jetstream Golf and continues for sixty (60) days (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The exact start and end date will be listed on the applicable promotion page on the Jetstream Golf website.
All entries must be received before 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on the final day of the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry Method
Participants may receive Sweepstakes entries through qualifying purchases made at Jetstream Golf’s website during the Sweepstakes Period.
Participants will receive:
One (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible merchandise.
Taxes, shipping fees, and refunds do not count toward entry totals.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a free entry by completing the official entry form available at:
Sweepstakes tab on the website
Limit of one (1) free entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Free entries carry the same odds of winning as purchase-based entries.
5. Prize
At the end of each Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner will receive the prize described in the promotion announcement.

One (1) TaylorMade Qi4D Driver
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $599 USD
Prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days after the drawing.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located within Colorado.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Jetstream Golf Privacy Policy available on the website.
