Refund and Return Policy

Jetstream Golf is committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted. By purchasing products from Jetstream Golf, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions: Item must be unused and unworn Item must be in original condition Item must include original tags and packaging Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage Jetstream Golf reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Final sale items , Gift cards Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase Products returned after the 30-day return window Products that have been worn, washed, or altered


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at: Email: jonesgolf18@gmail.com Include the following information in your request: Order number Full name used for the order Item(s) being returned Reason for return If the return is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Jetstream Golf recommends using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment statement, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Jetstream Golf.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our support team at: Email: jonesgolf18@gmail.com Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is: Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Jetstream Golf first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.


10. Policy Changes

Jetstream Golf reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
